This mare named Flirt has Pemphigus folliaceous an auto immune disease.
It is manifest only in the Right Hoof.
Note the lesion in the heel, it acts like a cyst.
Grows long hair and forever stays "open" and draining.
Sort of like a Dentigerous Cyst.
