Linda Troutman R.M.T.

Linda is a Registered Massage Therapist Specializing in Stress and Pain Management

Is like a Chronic Bladder or Kidney Infection on Steroids, it just never gives up and it keeps coming back.

** PROGRESS REPORT 8-14-01 AT BOTTOM OF PAGE **

My story begins over 30 years ago with what I thought was a simple bladder infection.

The 1st Step was the doctor running a urine analysis, which indicated NO Infection present. I was sent home with an antibiotic anyway. The pain continued to worsen and at times, I was unable to get out of bed for days at a time. I ran a low-grade fever, had chills, and was exhausted almost all the time. It would go into remission for 3-6 months only to return never knowing how long it would last. It could pass in hours or days. I went to numerous doctors and even tried a diagnostic clinic in Houston, Texas. Doctors kept hinting nothing was wrong it
was "all in my head," I knew better.

After none of the bladder or kidney medications worked, we moved on to the female areas.
2nd Step
was a partial hysterectomy. When that
did not clear things up, we took the 3rd Step a full hysterectomy. Since the surgery was not any help, I continued the search for an answer.

Two years ago, I was a diagnosed with IC, which is considered an incurable bladder disease. It was such a relief to finally have a name for all the years of pain and suffering I had experienced. Knowing it was " NOT ALL IN MY HEAD" as they LEAD me to believe was an enormous relief. We began with what is called prescription therapy. I was given medications for inflammation and pain, they helped, but I knew we were only treating symptoms. I needed to get to the root of the problem. Now I had side effects to add to the list.
I was still having flare-ups that would lead to additional drugs and more side effects. What a
merry go round this had turned out to be.

4th and Final step. About 1 year ago, I came across Patented Transfer Factor Plus. I began taking the product and noticed my symptoms were not as severe. I had a slight flare up at 3 months, which was much shorter in duration and pain. I am now PAIN AND DRUG FREE for the first time in over 30 years. Since this is considered an incurable disease, I am so excited at my results and all my symptoms have vanished.

Here are some Added Benefits
1. I used to have several colds or flu's during the winter months, this year I had 1 cold, which only lasted 2 days and have not missed a day of work since I opened my office 1 year ago, due to illness. 2. I am less sensitive to perfumes, chemicals, and foods.
3.
I enjoy eating many varieties of foods again
4.
Easier elimination.
5.
My husband is happier with the change in his wife.

I Began with 4 Transfer Factor Plus daily and went
to 6 daily when I had the flair up. Now I use the maintenance dosage of 2 daily. This has given me back the lifestyle I once had and was afraid I
would never be able to obtain again.
It has been a blessing in my life.

8-14-01 PROGRESS REPORT

After 1 year of being symptom free from I.C.
I under went several tests that determined my
gall bladder was not functioning. This problem
was not connected to my I.C. in any way.

But the radioactive dye in the pipada test did set
the I.C. off again.

I began experiencing the pulling sensation and stabbing pains again, along with frequency urges without the ability to urinate. At this time I increased my Patented Transfer Factor Plus to 6 daily and with in 2 days was feeling better.
Then we scheduled surgery for 3 days later.

Aware of how hostile a hospital environment can become, I increased my daily dosage to 12 daily
as added insurance against infection and bacteria.

Both of my doctors thought I would be able to have outpatient band-aid surgery, unfortunately due to scar tissue from past surgeries I was unable to do so. At this point I was informed that
I would be in hospitalized 4-7 days at the least.

My surgery was late Friday afternoon. The only pain I experienced was from the I.C.
By the next day I was able to stand upright and walked to the nursery 3 times and downstairs to the cafeteria once.
My doctor allowed me to continue my Patented Transfer Factor Plus while in the hospital along with a pain drip that I only used a few times.

Upon my release on Monday morning and to the astonishment of both doctors, I left earlier than expected and without any antibiotics or pain medication.

At the time of this writing my recovery is way ahead schedule. I just spoke to my doctor and
mentioned to him my staples started itching yesterday. He says this means I am at least 1 week ahead in my healing.
