Hi Kris, I thought I would let you know that I kind of put TF+ to the test recently. Over the past years, Marilyn and I would get our flu shot and seemed to be spared the flu.

Well, last October, I wasn't too concerned about getting the shot while Marilyn got it anyway. Well, guess what, I got the flu! I hadn't had it for years and had forgotten how lousy a person feels with it.

I had noticed during the last four months of taking TF+ on a couple of occasions, that when I would start to get a cold virus or sinus infection; instead of it developing into a full-blown head cold or sinus infection, it would be gone in about four hours or so.

Well, with this flu virus this year, it wasn't that way! I woke up with the flu, completely by surprise, with burning bronchial congestion, followed a couple of hours later by fever, rapidly feeling worse throughout the day.

Marilyn convinced me to start taking TF+ at triple dosage and I reluctantly agreed. I recall from past experiences of having the flu, that I would feel really bad for about two weeks, followed by about a week of recuperation with the after-effects.

However, by tripling the TF+ dosage during this experience, I noticed a substantial improvement after the first day, the second day, and the third day. The fever was gone after the first day. The burning congestion in my bronchial tubes, and sore throat was gone by the end of the third day. The fourth day,has been the "recuperation with the after-effects" stage, where my body is dumping all the flu toxins and mucus but no tightness, feeling otherwise normal but getting rid of lots of mucus.

I'm starting the fifth day as I write this and assume that I'll continue with the after-effects of the flu for a couple of more days but that's ok, because otherwise, I feel fine. My appetite is back now too. I didn't go to the doctor with this as I figured that if my body could handle this flu without drugs, I'd be better off. I would have gone if the TF+ wouldn't have came through so impressively. I will say that when this bout with the flu started out, it was about as severe a flu virus attack as I ever experienced, but as rapid an improvement as I've ever experienced.........Stan
